Born on a Fusion migration, not in a lab
Moving from EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud changes where your data lives. Years of R12 SQL, reports and feeds suddenly point at tables you can no longer query directly, and the answers are spread across thousands of PVOs with little documentation.
We lived that problem on large, multi-module Fusion programs: working out which PVO holds which field, why an incremental extract keeps returning the same rows, why a full load comes back nearly empty, and how to land it all reliably in the customer's own cloud — test cycle after test cycle.
FusionConvergeX is what we built to solve it once, properly: a Fusion-aware discovery, migration and data engineering layer that stays in step with Oracle as it evolves.

Who's behind FusionConvergeX
Manish Verma
Manish Verma is a co-founder and the Chief Executive Officer of FusionConvergeX. He is a technology executive with deep experience across technology, retail and e-commerce, known for building resilient, cloud-native platforms at global scale — and the teams that run them.
He has led technology organizations critical to Fortune 100 enterprises, global consumer brands and high-growth startups, with platforms operating in more than 60 countries, processing over 100,000 transactions per minute at single-digit-millisecond latency and supporting more than $30 billion in annual transactions. He also launched a customer loyalty program that grew to more than 175 million members.
Manish has built and led teams of 50–80 engineers across North America, South America, Europe and Asia, achieving some of the highest retention in his organization. An architect by background and customer-focused by instinct, he leads FusionConvergeX's strategy, go-to-market and customer partnerships. He holds AI/ML certification from MIT Professional Education, alongside AWS, generative AI, project management and Agile credentials.
Krishna Reddy
Krishna Reddy is a co-founder of FusionConvergeX and an enterprise data architect with 25 years of experience in data strategy, enterprise architecture and cloud data platforms. In recent years his work has centered on Oracle Fusion data: leading data architecture for an SAP-to-Oracle Fusion migration, building Oracle Fusion analytics on BICC PVOs, delivering continuous Oracle Fusion ingestion into Snowflake, and unifying Oracle Fusion financials with operational data from 200+ facilities on AWS — on Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift and Oracle ADW.
His work spans telecom, retail, aviation, higher education, supply chain, automotive, shipping, and finance & banking — from Oracle EBS reporting and enterprise data warehouses to large-scale cloud migrations, including moving 600+ on-premises databases to AWS. He has led and mentored engineering teams onshore and offshore, and built teams from the ground up.
Krishna holds Oracle, AWS, GCP, Databricks and Snowflake certifications and is completing a Data Science & Analytics certification at Georgia Tech. He co-founded FusionConvergeX to turn 25 years of hard-won Oracle and data platform experience into a product other teams can use from day one.
